Welcome to the Dyad Gong Timer
This app conducts 38-minute dyads consisting of 8 cycles.
About
After each cycle, 3 gongs play
At the end of the dyad, 5 gongs play in quick succession
Controls
Tap the center of the dial to pause / play
Drag around the dial ring to change the current time
The bottom buttons skip ±30s, jump to the quarter points (• •• •••), or skip to just before the next gong (>>)
The dial shows time elapsed; below it, time remaining and the clock time the dyad will end
Tips
Turn your volume up — use the test gong on the title screen
